We’d like to know what’s changed in the world of pet retail and whether – fingers crossed – things are improving.
We had a fantastic response to our last pet shop survey during lockdown so hope you can spare a minute to answer a few very quick questions about customer shopping habits.
For example, are pet owners coming into the shop and browsing (with the opportunity for impulse sales) or is it a matter of picking up just what they need. Or do many shoppers still want delivery or click-and-collect only? And are they changing what they buy, swapping pet food brands, etc?
We will, of course, share the results of the poll with pbw readers.
