Joanna Cooper has joined Marriage’s growing team as sales office co-ordinator, heading up telesales for independent pet along with helping the sales team with customer service support.
Jo has an extensive knowledge of the industry, starting her career in 2005 in the customer service team at Cranswick Pet Products. During her time there she supported the sales team, as well as going out on the road herself, looking after independent retailers in the North and Scotland.
In 2012, she moved to Versele-Laga as territory sales manager for independent pet for seven years.
Earlier this year she moved to Westland Horticulture, joining the pet division team in an office-based role as customer service executive.
In her spare time, Jo enjoys walking with her two cockapoos as well as watching her son, Harry, play rugby.
