Independent Retailer of the Year2021: Creature Comforts

The best of the best in the pet industry were last night recognised at the Pet Industry Federation Awards 2021, held at Whittlebury Hall, in Northamptonshire.

Hosted by the Pet Industry Federation’s chief executive, Nigel Baker, and chairperson, Katie Goldsmith, more than 250 people attended the black tie event, celebrating the return of the industry awards in person.

Supported by headline sponsors Tuft and Cliverton, category sponsors the National Pet College, Doglyness and Natures Menu, and media partner pbwnews, the 25 winners were:
