The Pet Industry Federation (PIF) has unveiled a line-up of companies that will be involved in its inaugural Business of Pets conference in June
Firms confirmed to take part in the conference include Kantar, Serjeants, Innovate UK Edge, Natwest Accelerator, British Business Bank, SFC Capital, Piper, Cliverton, Sprintlaw and Watersheds. Delegates in attendance will gain expert advice and guidance from professionals to help them ensure their best chance of success when growing. Attendees will also hear from pet businesses who have successfully taken the leap to the next step and who will be sharing their experiences.
The Business of Pets is a new event designed to help pet businesses step up to the next level of operation. It will take place over two days on June 7-8 at the Cranfield Management Development Centre near Milton Keynes. An evening social BBQ will take place after the first day to allow for relaxed networking.
A key element of this new conference is the Innovation of the Year Award, which will see 10 finalists presenting their innovation at the event in front of an audience of potential investors. The winner will be chosen on the final day of the event.
