Devon-based pet wellbeing company Pet Remedy has achieved the King’s Award for Enterprise for Innovation.

The company has been honoured for its portfolio of calming products designed to help animals cope with stress and anxiety without sedation. Pet Remedy’s products are designed for use across a wide range of animals, including mammals, birds and reptiles, and the company says its patented formula helps calm the nervous system naturally while allowing animals to stay alert and responsive. The business developed the innovation in the UK and has continued refining the range since its original launch, most recently with a reformulated blend introduced in 2025.

Managing director Martyn Bartlett-Judge said: “This is an extraordinary honour for Pet Remedy and a hugely proud moment for everyone connected with the business.

“We have always believed animal emotional wellbeing deserves to be taken seriously, and this award is powerful recognition of that. It reflects years of research, determination and a commitment to creating a product that genuinely helps animals, while giving owners and professionals a trusted, natural option.”
