Peregrine Livefoods has taken over exclusive UK distribution of Aquarium Systems UK and its brands.
The deal brings Aquarium Systems, Reptile Systems, Bird Systems, Dr Tim’s Aquatics and Mega-Ray into Peregrine’s portfolio on an exclusive basis.
Aquarium Systems is recognised by aquarists all over the world for its knowledge of ornamental fishkeeping and breeding for both public aquariums and aquarium hobbyists.
For 50 years, it has proved its expertise worldwide. Peregrine says Aquarium Systems’ initial product, Instant Ocean Sea Salt, was the first commercial salt that was widely accepted by the scientific community and remains the standard for scientific research today.
“Reptile Systems, launched in 2018, is built upon the same principles as Aquarium Systems and provides quality and innovative products that are sure to become the industry standard in helping create the perfect environment for any reptile,” a Peregrine spokesman said.
