Trixie has opened a new UK warehouse in order to improve delivery times and product availability for British customers.
Since Brexit, the company has operated a UK warehouse purely for its treats lines, while accessories continued to be shipped from Germany, leading to longer delivery times for accessories.
The new facility will stock approximately 2,000 SKUs, including both treats and best-selling accessories, enabling faster fulfilment of orders.
UK sales director Sebastian Jansen said: “The tremendous success of our UK treats warehouse meant that it quickly became too small to handle the demand.
“The new warehouse is the next logical step to improve our service level further and increase our customer satisfaction. The aim is to align our service level with that of other European countries, where we are already known for fast deliveries.”
