A concerned North Wales woman called the RSPCA to rescue an alligator – and then discovered it was all just a prank.
Clare Kelly, 25, was told by her brother that he’d found an alligator in Rhyl and had put it in the bath.
“They didn’t realise I was going to phone the RSPCA. It wasn’t until I told my family I’d called that they burst out laughing – and I had to then tell the RSPCA this alligator was actually made of plastic!” said Clare.
