Strawbyn Kennels & Cattery in Malvern, Worcestershire, has been sold to Green Paws Care Ltd, in a deal facilitated by Altius.
Located on Castlemorton Common, Strawbyn has traded from the site for more than 30 years. The business occupies a 4.1-acre site and is registered for 64 dogs and 34 cats, with the property also incorporating a primary residence and a separate cottage.
Around 80% of business turnover is generated by the kennels and the site also benefits from two acres of secure paddocks, where dogs receive supervised walks and opportunities for exercise and social interaction.
Offers were received from four trade buyers before Green Paws Care was selected as the successful purchaser. The transaction was handled by Jonathan Bryce, deal executive at Altius.
