Channel 4 has curated a collection of programmes “just for dogs” designed for when they stay in on Fireworks Night (November 5).
The Fireworks Night In for Your Dog collection will feature a selection of programmes including The Dog House, Posh Dogs, Crufts, Jamie’s Ultimate BBQ, Time Team and Bones. The programmes will be available on Channel 4 Streaming, and the channel will also feature dog-focused continuity announcements on the night.
David Wigglesworth of 4Creative said: “Fireworks night can be a ruff time for dogs. Whilst we’re out enjoying the fireworks, our four-legged friends are stuck at home wondering what on earth is going on.
“So, as a channel that likes to do things Altogether Different(ly), we thought we’d make a night of telly just for them. Because every dog deserves its day. Even if it’s at night.”
