Glasgow-based Purr Cat Grooming has been named as a finalist in the 2025 Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
The awards celebrate exceptional and inspiring business stories from across the UK, and past winners include the founders of BrewDog, Grenade, ClearScore, Zilch, and Unbiased. Purr Cat Grooming has been shortlisted in the Early Stage Stand Out category.
Founder Dr Brittnee Leysen said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be named a finalist. It’s an incredible honour to be recognised alongside some of the UK’s most exciting and ambitious businesses.
“I started Purr to show that cat grooming isn’t a luxury – it’s a crucial part of feline wellbeing. To be recognised on a national stage shows just how far Scotland’s creative entrepreneurs can go when passion and purpose come together.”
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Monday, November 17, 2025, at London’s Grosvenor House.
