T-Forrest has launched a new trade area on its website (www.t-forrest.co.uk).

Throughout the Lancashire company’s 100-year history, T.Forrest & Sons has experienced countless life-changing historic events, none more so than the covid-19 pandemic – but the team has been able to maintain the manufacturer of natural dog treats from its facilities at Salmesbury.

Sales director Daniel Wallbank said: “As the pet food industry is classed as an essential service we have been exempt from closure. The procedures we have put in place reduce the risk to our staff and our customers from this terrible disease.

“Everyone has worked so hard to ensure our level of service is unaffected and delivered safely. As we continue to work throughout the lockdowns, we have found that businesses are looking for new, safe ways of working, hence the development of our new online trade area.”

The launch of this new service enables customers to gain quick, easy and safe access to their personal online account, shop T- Forrest’s wide range of products and view real-time stock levels with a low minimum order spend, combined with a next-day, free-of-charge covid-secure delivery service.

“Many of our customers are already taking advantage of our new service,” said Daniel. “It’s quick and easy to use, making our order process simple. Customers are not spending precious time re-entering details when making subsequent purchases and our next day covid-secure delivery service ensures they always have their best-selling lines in stock and delivered to them safely.”
