Unipet International has welcomed Andy Hawkes as customer relationship manager to lead account management, customer service and customer experience.
With a background that includes 30 years in similar roles for HSBC and BMW, Andy has a wealth of experience and knowledge within the customer service sector. He says he was keen to begin a new chapter with Unipet International at its 65,000 sq ft facility in north Kent.
He said: “I’m excited to be joining the Unipet team, who have established themselves as an influential brand in the wild birdcare sector with high quality products and customer service. I’m looking forward to building key relationships with new and existing customers and supporting them on their journey with us.”
