Kennelpak has expanded the Collards Grain Free range of dry food.

Collards Grain Free with Chicken & Potato is now available for all life stages – Puppy, Adult, and Older & Overweight – supplied in a choice of 2kg or 10kg packs.

The recipes include a single meat source (48% chicken in Puppy, 37% chicken in Adult and 31% chicken in Older & Overweight); digestible carbohydrates in the form of potatoes and whole peas; superfoods such as blueberries, spinach and seaweed; functional ingredients, including g prebiotics, yucca extract, glucosamine and chondroitin, and natural antioxidants.

Product training and Point Of Sale material is available to retailers.

All the new Collards Grain Free dry foods are supplied in fully recyclable packaging, and the rest of the Collards range will soon move into the new recyclable solution to help reach the target of having all Kennelpak Own Brand packaging sustainable by 2025.

The Collards Grain Free range now includes 11 products across both dry and wet food. Collards products are already made using hypoallergenic principles, excluding ingredients that may be associated with food allergies and intolerances.

Robert Constance, head of own brand at Kennelpak said “In line with key market trends, an increasing number of pet owners are choosing to provide their pets with human-like foods or are being advised to introduce specialised diets for the wellbeing of their pets. By extending the Collards Grain Free range to include dry food, consumers can now provide their pets with exceptional quality nutrition for their dogs that also offers great value, which we all know is important in the current economic climate.

“We fully expect the new Collards dry recipe to become the top selling SKU within our key stockists before the end of the year. Our confidence in the full Collards range is backed up by our ‘100% Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back’ for consumers. If a customer, or their dog, are not completely satisfied with the purchase, they can contact us for a full refund.”
