Customers of supplier PondXpert are invited, along with industry colleagues, to wish long-serving representative Steve Cooper well at PATS 2026 before his retirement on September 30.
Cooper is preparing to retire following more than 30 years in the trade and will be with the PondXpert team on Stand T16 on September 27 and 28, ahead of his retirement at the end of the month.
He began his career with Remanoid Water Gardens in February 1996, joining the company as area sales manager for the south. He continued in his role after the business was acquired by Lotus in 1999 and eventually became Lotus sales manager, before joining PondXpert in April 2018 as northern and midlands area sales representative.
Cooper said: “I have been fortunate to spend more than 30 years working in an industry that I have thoroughly enjoyed and to have met and worked with so many great people along the way.
“I would like to thank all the customers and colleagues who have supported me throughout my career, particularly everyone at PondXpert over the past eight years. I will leave with many happy memories and wish the whole PondXpert team every success for the future.”

His knowledge of the industry, professionalism and friendly approach will be greatly missed, and we are enormously grateful for everything he has contributed.”
