Natural raw dog and cat food supplier Cotswold Raw is promising “something extra special” at PATS this year to support its retail partners (stand H20).
The company describes independent retailers as “the backbone of our business”, and credits the sector as being the driving force behind the growth of raw feeding.
“We don’t just deliver products, we build partnerships,” said national sales manager Martin Pacey. “From in-store training to merchandising support, we work closely with retailers to grow their raw category and boost customer confidence.”
Support includes staff sampling, POS materials, staff education, a loyalty scheme and regular contact from the company’s sales team. In addition, Cotswold Raw collaborates on local events, customer promotions and social content to build visibility and drive footfall.
“Every retailer is different, and we tailor our support to meet their needs,” added Pacey. “Our goal is to make selling raw as simple and rewarding as possible.”
