Pet nutrition company Nulo has signed England rugby star Ellie Kildunne, and her dog, Otis, as a brand ambassador.
A key player for both Harlequins and the England Red Roses, Kildunne has earned back-to-back Six Nations titles and a World Cup winners’ medal, and was named 2024 World Rugby Women’s Player of the Year.
Nulo’s ‘Fuel Incredible’ brand platform celebrates the bond between athletes and their pets through its high protein and low-carb recipes to support the health and performance of their dogs and cats. Athlete partnerships include multiple Olympic gold medallists Gabby Thomas and Jordan Stolz, plus recent British Winter Olympic double champion Matt Weston.
Kildunne said: “Otis is my teammate – simple as that. People might raise an eyebrow at that, but anyone who has a dog knows exactly what I mean. My life revolves around team, and he is as much a part of that as anyone I share a dressing room with. He keeps me grounded, gets me outside and away from the game when I need it most, and there is nothing quite like coming home to that kind of love at the end of a hard day.
