Herbal pet care firm Dorwest Herbs has launched a new website.
The move is intended to improve customer and shopping experience, as well as updating the design in line with the range’s recent packaging rebrand.
The new platform offers improved responsiveness, optimised for mobile phones; clearer navigation; enhanced order tracking; and faster and easier payment, including Shop Pay and Apple Pay, with a one-page checkout. The refreshed design also includes enriched product information with better naming, descriptions, imagery and videos.
To promote the new platform, the site is offering free delivery on orders placed before Monday September 16, using the code NEWSITE.
Managing director Jo Boughton-White said: “The digital projects have been crucial to ensure the best shopping experience possible for our customers – some of which have shopped with us for over 40 years!
“The new platforms are easier for staff to use, allowing transactions to be quicker – with more satisfied pets at the end of the day!”
