Mars Inc has appointed Marc Carena as the new Global President for its $30bn pet care business.
Carena joined Mars in 2022 as Regional President for Mars Snacking Europe, Central Eurasia & International Travel Retail, covering 55 markets, following senior leadership roles at Nestlé, McDonald’s and Metro Group. He succeeds Loïc Moutault, who concludes a 30-year career with Mars.

Mars’ pet care business include brands Royal Canin, Pedigree and Whiskas and veterinary services Banfield, VCA, BluePearl.
