RPFC Group UK, owner of the Benyfit Natural brand, has launched a B2B e-commerce portal for trade customers.
The new platform enables retailers to order the company’s premium raw dog food and treats online, as well as giving a live view of stock levels and full visibility of the account and order history. The site is a first for the company, which was established in 2014 and sells directly to pet owners via its existing website.
Greg Van Praagh, the founder of Benyfit Natural and head of UK & Europe at RPFC Group, said: “Our trade customers are hugely important to us as a business. It’s where we started almost 10 years ago, selling our nutritious raw dog food into small pet shops in the local area. We now work with some of the biggest pet specialist retailers and hundreds of small, independently-owned stores, and we aim to offer each and every one the same level of service.
“Our new trade portal gives additional freedom and flexibility to our trade customers, with reduced waiting times to process orders and allowing us to streamline our internal processes, so we can focus on enhancing these relationships and developing new product.”
