Jollyes opened its eighth Scottish store, and 130th overall, in Dunfermline yesterday (November 5).
The 5,800sq ft store, at Carnegie Drive Retail Park, features raw food, natural treats and fresh food, alongside toys, treats and accessories. The store opening was officiated by Provost Jim Leishman, who officially cut the ribbon, with a special appearance from Dunfermline AFC mascot Sammy the Tammy, while Scottish piper Louise Marshall provided a traditional welcome.
The branch has created eight new jobs in the local community and will be led by store manager Andi Glass.
Glass said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be opening the new Dunfermline store and can’t wait to welcome local pet owners and their four-legged friends through our doors. As a proud dog owner myself, with my Staffie/Husky, Shelby keeping me on my toes, I know just how important it is to find the right products to keep our pets happy, healthy and entertained!
“We’re especially excited to be able to lower pet costs for the people of Dunfermline and their furry friends. I’m really looking forward to meeting the local community and their pets, as well as leading our fantastic team in delivering great service and brilliant value for pet owners across Fife.”
