Retailer Jollyes Pets is to open its 129th store this Friday (October 16), at Mansfield in Nottinghamshire.

The store at Oak Tree Centre will be officially opened by deputy mayor of Mansfield Craig Whitby and the store team will be led by store manager Sam Newbold.

Newbold said: “It’s brilliant to be bringing Jollyes Pets to Mansfield and giving local pet owners a new place to discover great value products for their four-legged, feathered and furry friends.

“Having spent 12 years managing stores, I’m excited to get to know our new team and customers. We’re kicking things off with a fun-filled opening weekend, and we can’t wait to welcome the local community into the store, introduce everyone to our mascot Jolly and give visitors the chance to enjoy some freebies and prizes. We’re looking forward to becoming a familiar face in the local pet community!”

Over the past three years Jollyes has almost doubled its number of stores across the UK, and will open its 130th branch at Dunfermline, Scotland, on November 5.
