Small pet welfare and habitat specialist Kavee has unveiled a new brand identity and a range of new products with an enhanced focus on modern design.

The change is described as a transition from a purely welfare-focused specialist to a welfare-led lifestyle brand within the small pet industry. The new visual system features a “more mature and refined aesthetic”, incorporating dark green, clean whites, black and pastel tones, with owners pictured in scenes designed to reflect the emotional bond between people and their pets.

As part of this development, Kavee has expanded its creative team and partnered with experienced designers to develop exclusive collections, drawing inspiration from Japanese design principles, along with a new website to reflect the updated brand identity and improved user experience.

The company maintained that the brand will continue to invest in owner education and community engagement,

Founder and chief executive Clementine Schouteden said: “Welfare will always sit at the heart of Kavee.

“As part of this rebrand, we also want to celebrate our customers and the special bonds they share with their pets, in particular the many passionate female pet parents who make up our community and drive this movement forward.

“What has changed is how we express that mission. Small pet ownership today is about more than functionality, it’s about integrating thoughtful design into modern homes while ensuring animals can live healthy, enriched lives.”
