The Nutriment Company (TNC) is expanding into Poland with the acquisition of Warsaw-based Zoo Factory, a leading local distributor of premium pet food and treats.
Zoo Factory has been operating for more than 25 years with a portfolio of more than 250 products for dogs, cats, birds and small animals under the Hilton and Animals brands, as well as a private label operation. The company was subject to a management buy-out in 2020.
TNC said that its first step will be to introduce its broader portfolio of products to the Polish market, starting with supplements – a category enjoying high demand in Poland.
TNC has made 10 acquisitions during 2025. Only last week it announced the takeover of Dutch pet treat supplier Antos.
