A Southampton pet products retailer has won a local business award to recognise its recent expansion.
Healthy Pet Store was awarded the 2022 Business Growth accolade at the recent New Forest Brilliance Awards for its sales growth since launching in 2014. The pet store was recognised for its expansion, just two years after moving into its current and newly refurbished store in Totton.
During 2021, the growing pet store reached its £1 million revenue target and has become a leading independent pet retailer of frozen meals for dogs and cats and pet care accessories.
Managing director Deborah Burrows said: “Winning this award is a huge milestone for Healthy Pet Store. Since 2014, our vision has been to be the most approachable and most knowledgeable pet food and accessories retailer. We are very excited to continue building this vision.
“I am very excited for Healthy Pet Store to continue on this rollercoaster of a journey, 2023 is going to be a really exciting year for us and I can’t wait to grow our brand, the team and our variety of products.
