Zoomark exhibition plans further expansion

International pet trade show Zoomark has added an extra exhibition hall to its 2025 event in response to strong demand.

A new hall (number 19) has been added to the exhibition layout, meaning the show will occupy nine halls and cover an area of 78,000 square metres. Organisers say 80% of stands have already been booked for the event, which will run from May 5-7, 2025 at BolognaFiere, Bologna, Italy.

The 2025 edition of Zoomark features five specially-themed areas, dedicated to pet tech, new products and services, aquarium and terrarium suppliers, the supply chain and pet wellness. A new layout has been devised to help exhibitors and visitors navigate the event more efficiently.

Exhibition manager Luisa Bersanetti said: “One of the new ideas we are working on for the forthcoming event is creating specific pathways dedicated to the most interesting market trends, such as sustainability, quality and innovation, designed to optimise and streamline the visitor’s experience and ensure that exhibitors in all halls are guaranteed a steady flow of traffic.

“At the same time, we intend for these themed routes to be a precious resource for those looking for new opportunities and ideas to make their business stand out: they will guide retailers, buyers, distributors and importers to the companies and products on show. We believe that this approach, and the revamped layout, will help further optimise the flow of visitors and contribute to the event’s success.”

Zoomark has also boosted its International Buyers Program, with the addition of dedicated services to encourage direct interaction between buyers and exhibitors.
