Buddy, a 10-year-old cat, travelled alone for weeks in snowstorms, rain and freezing temperatures to cover the three miles that stood between him and home after getting lost.
His family in Southold, New York, were thrilled to hear his familiar scratching at the door at 4am and have been feeding him his favorite food to replace the pounds he lost during the journey, WCBS-TV reports.
