Treats for hiding medication, canine dental health powder and a natural toy for ornamental birds are among the new products now available from Trixie.
Developed in collaboration with veterinarians, Trixie’s hiding place treat has a small opening in which tablets can be easily hidden, while its soft consistency allows the opening to be closed easily so that the medication is no longer visible.
The treats are supplied in resealable 100g bags, with 11–13 treats per pack.
Trixie’s Plaque Stop is a powder made of 100% seaweed meal to help prevent the formation of plaque and tartar in pets.
The powder contains natural iodine and is designed to be added to the main feed, with one measuring spoon per 5kg body weight.
In cooperation with the World Bird Park in Walsrode, Germany, Trixie has redesigned its product range for ornamental birds with a renewed focus on sustainability and species-appropriate construction methods.
The Trixie Natural Toy offer a range of activity options for parrots and other birds with its combination of different natural materials such as seaweed, wood and paper. The toy can also be filled with snacks.
In addition, the Eliano range of bedding has been extended with a new orthopaedic product for senior pets.
The Vital Places to Lie model is made with visco-elastic foam to adapt exactly to the body shape of the pet, relieving pressure-sensitive areas and helping to prevent pressure sores.
