Countrywide has created new pack designs for its wild bird, aviary and pigeon ranges, as well as introducing smaller formats for some of the most popular varieties.
The expanded range of wild bird food features eight wild bird mixes in 1.7kg and 3.5kg, as well as a selection of wild bird straights. The range includes Garden Wild Bird Mix, High Energy Wild Bird Mix, No Grow Wild Bird Mix, No Mess Premium Wild Bird Mix, Robin & Songbird Mix, Superior Wild Bird Mix, Summer Season Wild Bird Mix and Four Seasons Wild Bird Mix.
The new small and medium bag aviary mixes include Best Budgie Mix (1.7kg), Special Budgie Mix (1.7kg), Premium Canary & Yellow Biscuit Mix (1.7kg), Foreign Finch Mix (1.7kg), Parakeet & Cockatiel Mix (1.7kg), Parrot Mix (2.5kg) and Super Deluxe Parrot with Fruit Mix (2.5kg). A selection of complementary straights is also available.
The new designs and smaller bags were showcased at the recent PATS show in Telford, as well as Garden Centre Expo at Excel London.
Manufacturer Albert E James & Son has been producing bird seed since 1962 and enjoys a reptation for carefully-selected, high-quality and dust-free mixes, with many of its lines used by major show breeders. The company has also recently invested over £400,000 in new plant and appointed a new Head of Sales, Mark Wassell.
