The Pet & Aquatics Trade Show (PATS) is gearing up to deliver “its biggest and most feature-packed show yet” when the doors open on Sunday (September 27).
Taking place over three days in Halls 3 and 3A at the NEC Birmingham on September 27-29, PATS 2026 includes a host of new attractions for visitors as well as a record number of pet trade exhibitors and The New Product Showcase & Awards, sponsored by PBW News and Leopard Co.
Alongside the more than 425 exhibitors the show will feature a range of new experiences designed to provide even more inspiration, insight and valuable business opportunities for retailers. These include Animal Encounters, held in partnership with Animal Teach, which will bring live animals and expert-led education directly to the show floor.
Another new attraction is daily live aquascaping demonstrations with internationally-recognised expert and author George Farmer and the return of the Grooming Zone, which this year will feature a new programme of retailer sessions delivered in partnership with the British Isles Grooming Association (BIGA).

The show will also introduce its first-ever International Pavilion to bring together companies from around the world, a Pet Industry Federation (PIF) drop-in clinic plus a new informal networking event, Coffee & Connect, with expert speakers from the industry.
PATS 2026 will once again be co-located with BETA International, the leading equestrian trade exhibition, taking place on September 27–28. Retailers and buyers will be able to visit both events with a single registration.
