Tailored pet food service tails.com has been recognised as one of the top 100 Best UK Large Companies to Work for – the only pet care company to make the list. It also achieved second place in the Retail’s Best Companies to Work For.
The strengths praised by Best Companies included tails.com’s focus on building a sense of community and was also recognised ‘for embracing remote working, increasing creative and online social events and bolstering training to support wellbeing and resilience over the past year’.

The awards are run independently by Best Companies and include a survey of employees.
Since placing 27th in Best Small Companies to Work For last year, the company has grown by more than 100 people. The majority of these new starters have been ‘onboarded’ online, and bring the tails.com team to more than 275 members, qualifying tails.com as a ‘Large’ company in the awards.
