Wholesaler grows customer services and support team

Trilanco has welcomed four new customer service and sales co-ordinators to its tele-support team based in Wesham, Lancashire. 
The appointments are to ensure the wholesaler’s growing numbers of customers continue to receive support and service as its catalogue of brands and products increases. 
Elle Matthews has worked with a range of farm animals including goats, pigs, sheep and rare breeds and has four years’ experience in the dairy industry, including working as a milk assistant and rearing calves. She has a foundation degree in equine practice and technology, and also has her own small mixed flock of Jacob cross, zwarble and cheviot ewes as well as a fell pony.
Lisa Yeagers has more than 30 years’ experience delivering customer service and working within procurement. Outside work ,Lisa enjoys spending time with her family including two large breed dogs, Big Norm and Thea.
Sophie Cook has worked in the pet industry for the last six years and has a BSc in equine sports performance and holds the British Horse Society stage three equestrian qualification. Sophie has a Dutch warmblood, a New Forest pony and three dogs.
Gemma McDermott joins Trilanco from a pet product manufacturer with experience of customer sales and support. She has also passed BHS stage one with riding and road safety. Gemma owns a Welsh section C pony and two dogs.
The Lancashire-based agricultural, equine and pet wholesaler secured a series of exclusive trade sales and distribution rights throughout 2017 for ranges including the Westgate EFI brands, Harry Hall International brands and Carr & Day & Martin. These exclusive deals have substantially increased the number of products in Trilanco’s catalogue, which now offers over 16,000 agricultural, equine and pet products to retailers.
