Dorwest Herbs is running a campaign until June 1 to tackle itchy skin conditions in dogs, especially as temperatures start to rise.
Herbal experts Dorwest, who celebrated their 70th birthday this year, is running the skin initiative and offer ‘What Allergies?’. It has the only licensed herbal medicines for skin disorders.
MD Jo Boughton-White said: “Many customers contact us at this time of year for advice on symptoms such as itchy skin, hot spots and red patches, pustles, baldness and flaky skin, all common issues of a skin disorder.
“Fortunately, there are many things a pet owner can do to care for their pet’s skin, and our aim is to educate stockists and customers to help them with that. We have developed an easy to follow four-step plan for skin relief detailing bedding, grooming, feeding and treatment.
“This can be found on our blog, social media channels and in a handy booklet format for stockists. A skin poster and leaflets will also be available for customer support, and as usual our expert advisors are also on hand offering words of wisdom over the phone lines, plus customers can now contact us via live chat.”
Running until June 1, Dorwest Herbs is offering retailers an extra 10% off RRP on Garlic & Fenugreek Tablets and Green Releaf Tablets, both of which are licensed medicines. Retailers can also buy its SLS and SLES free Oatmeal Advance Shampoo with Lavender with an extra 10% off RRP. Quote SKIN43.
