Shortlist revealed for Pet Industry Awards

The finalists have been chosen for this year’s Pet Industry Federation Awards.

The Awards celebrate pet businesses that have made outstanding achievements throughout the year and provides an opportunity for the whole industry to come together, socialise and network over a three-course meal with entertainment.

A spokesman said: “This year’s record number of entries were particularly high-calibre – particularly in the retailer, manufacturer and pet service sectors – and the judges will now focus on whittling these quality finalists down to winners.”

The Awards winners will be announced on Tuesday, November 28, at a black-tie dinner to be held at the Whittlebury Hall, Towcester, Northamptonshire, and will be presented to the winners by Professor Tim Morris, from the Animal Welfare & Welfare Board for England. Guests will also discover the recipient of the 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award, sponsored by Agria Pet Insurance.
