A duck that lost its foot is now able to walk thanks to a group of schoolchildren.

Peg, an eight-month-old Indian runner duck, had his foot chewed off by a turtle and as he grew, the injured foot became irritated, the Metro reports. Owner Patsy Smith contacted a company in Ontario, Canada, as well as a rescue group in Tennessee, USA, for help.

The Armorer EAST Lab found out about her dilemma and wanted to help and students at Armorer High School, in Arkansas, used a 3D printer to create a prosthetic leg.
