Masked robbers have targeted a pet shop, taking cash from a safe before fleeing.
On Thursday night, January 4, three men entered Kennelgate Pet Superstore in Wollaton, Nottinghamshire, at around 7.30pm. The men, whose faces were covered, forced two members of staff into an office, where they were ordered to open a safe.
The shop was still open to customers when the incident happened and a customer who walked in during the robbery was also forced into the office. All three were told to lie down, reports the Nottingham Post.
No weapons were seen during the incident, and no one was hurt, said police.
