Pet care brand Bob Martin says it has launched of a ‘nutritionally advanced food that provides dogs with all the essentials of a healthy diet’. Already available in Tesco, Morrisons and Ocado across the UK, this new range will soon be available in other retailers, too.

The range features Peak Vitality and Fresh Breath formulations, both including high content of both chicken and rice while maintaining the Simply commitment to lean food, with a fat content of 8%.  The new ‘standable’ 2kg bags have easy-carry convenience built in and a zip-lock re-sealable opening.

Georgina Martin, marketing director of Bob Martin, said: “We are delighted to be launching the new Simply+ range with leading grocers, introducing consumers to the advances that we have made with the Simply range.

“The new range stands by Bob Martin’s heritage providing vitamin and mineral powders to supplement dogs’ diets for nearly 125 years. This, combined with our unique formulations, means we are leading the way in dog nutrition.

“On top of being an easy way to manage weight through the lean formulation, nutritional additives including Omega 3&6, sources of prebiotic, glucosamine and chondroitin have a range of benefits. The Peak Vitality pack helps maintain joints and bones, aids digestions, improves oral care and keeps their skin and coat in great condition.  The Fresh Breath formulation does all of that and promises to keep your dog’s breath fresh.”

Bob Martin is a family-run pet healthcare business based in Yatton, Somerset. It was founded in 1892 by Bob Martin, who created a range of vitamin supplements to improve dog coat condition. Today, the company produces a range of pet medicines, food, grooming and hygiene products as well as still producing vitamin supplements for pets. It has offices in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and South Africa and is still owned and run by the Martin family.
