British presence grows at trade fair

spoga horse spring, the international trade fair for equestrian sports in Cologne, attracted 182 exhibitors from 20 countries, who presented their autumn/winter collections to 3,700 trade visitors.
At 50%, the level of ‘internationality’ at the German show was high, recording particularly strong growth from the UK, France and Poland. 
“The development of new target groups is essential for the sustainability of an industry. Initial approaches such as the Dogs special event met with a positive response,” said Katharina C. Hamma, chief operating officer of organiser Koelnmesse. “This confirms that we have set the right course.”
