A family came in and bought two goldfish, one gold and one black. After inspecting them they went home, apparently happy. About an hour later, one of the parents came back with the black goldfish and asked to exchange it. The tank stated ‘two-and-a-half-inch to three-inch fish’, and she expected to get a two-and-a-half-inch fish and not the three-inch fish she actually got.
