Worth it in the end

Last month I recounted a complaint concerning rabbits that I had sold and my having to confer with the customer’s vet before I could come to a decision as to what to do. Even though he is also our vet, we still had to have written permission from the customer before the vet could discuss the issue, and then he would only discuss the issue via letter. Client confidentiality, apparently. However, it was worth it because what the customer said the vet had said was
somewhat different from what the vet put in his letter.
