The raw dog food company sent us some really good point of sale material, some of it aimed at the new puppy owner which I thought was very good, until I turned to the back cover which had a voucher on it that can only be redeemed online. Sorry but no, we want the new puppy owner spending money in the shop, we do not want to encourage them online and away from our till.
