A customer was complaining about the cost of veterinary treatment for the sore on their Labrador's ear. They had been prescribed some expensive cream and, when that did not work, the vet had then suggested a biopsy which would cost a further £300 at least. I suggested trying Johnsons Skin-Eze cream, it’s only £3.39 so they had nothing to lose, and if that did not make a difference then consider what the vet was suggesting.
A few weeks later the customer came back in to say the cream worked and they were not spending a fortune on a biopsy after all.
