It’s dog coat season again. So once again we need to stock some of most colours, shapes and sizes to attempt to satisfy customers who expect a perfect fit for their little darling, even if it is so fat that no body buckle would ever fit it. The other day we had a really good one. The customer has a really adorable 11-week-old Labrador who needed his first coat. We found just the right one…when she asked if it would still fit the dog when it was fully grown! I felt like asking her if she still fits in her baby clothes, but that would have alienated the customer for life.
