Comment from a customer...

    After picking up a small Tidycat litter ( we have a variety of others), placed on counter and said " that will do me until I can get to Wilkos for some proper stuff"...........
    Sometimes soooooo difficult to bite my tongue.

    Followed later by another customer saying they get all their Nature diet online now, why come and tell me, I am supposed to be impressed?

    Customers eh....who needs 'em...

    Geeees, the amount of times I've heard, "This will tide me over till my delivery arrives." or "I normally buy it online, but I forgot this month." Why are you telling me this?! Glad to see I'm not the only one.

    Just tell them the story of how one customer used to buy his dog food online and got his bank account emptied (just before xmas) and still never got his dog food, add that he now comes to you, then smile.
    I find it makes me feel that little bit better when you see their faces.
    This is a true story by the way.
