I know most customers want the best. Some are willing to pay for it but we all know some are not. This couple came in on a Saturday morning looking for a 15k bag of complete dog food. The wife wanted the very best food we have, no cheap rubbish for her dog (her words not mine), it must have multi-coloured bits in it and cost no more than £12. I say no more except I made a sale.
