Established horse rug brand Masta is launching a new label for dogs – Woofmasta.

Many horse owners also own dogs and, with many years’ experience creating tough, safe, problem-solving horsewear using the latest technologies, Masta believes it is brilliantly placed to offer the same services for dogs.

“This was a logical next step for us,” said the company‘s Rachel Bowles. “Masta has brilliant designers who’ve won numerous awards for making rugs that better serve the health care and comfort of horses. Now we are putting the same brilliant team to work for dogs.”

Woofmasta goods will be available from more than 70 saddlery and pet stores around the country, with additional outlets welcomed, and from www.masta.co.uk

Supporting the brand will be wide-ranging social media activity including ‘dog blogs’ in which characterful hounds around Britain share stories about themselves.
