Pet Technical/Commercial Advisor – The Midlands

An experienced Pet and Companion Animal Nutritionist or Animal Nutritionist with a knowledge of pet and companion animal nutrition is required for an internationally recognised leader in nutritional supplements. This is primarily a nutritional advisory, diet formulation and technical sales support role. 
Working within the Pet team, you will need to be strong on pet technical aspects but with a commercial mind as you will be required to support the commercial team and support sales from a technical angle. The prime role will be technical support from the office but will also include 20-30% time spent with customers. 
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in animal nutrition, animal science, life sciences or similar and will have previous work experience in a nutrition or a technical advisory role within the companion pet food sector or animal feed manufacture. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
